A mistake (Poem)

Did I make a mistake?

That’s what I asked

You only said I was an ache

And your words left me aghast

You should have been sincere

My feelings are destroyed

Now I have to drink a beer

Because I’m totally void

I’m a walking dead

I cannot suffer anymore

My heart has bled

And right now it’s all torn

I was a mistake in your life

That’s a harrowing shame

I wanted you to be my wife

But for you it was just a fucking game
